Just $5.00 a day to eat?? We are not talking about some 3rd world country or anything like that, we are talking about people right here in the USA that have to live off of $5.00 a day. (And to think in other country's people have to live on a lot less).
So as my first blog and my first challenge I am going to see what its like to live off of only $5.00 a day for a week and share my experience from the shopping, to recipes and meals I put together, and the joys or frustrations that come along with it.
I am going to share each day with you here... so tune in & I challenge you to do the same... I think it will be a real eye opener and let us appreciate all that we have!
